How do I create my word art?

1. Choose a design and select your print or frame size.
2. Add your names, dates, messages and other meaningful words.
3. Customise the fonts, colours, symbols and layout.
4. Use the instant preview to check your design before adding it to your basket.

How should I check my design?

Please check every word, spelling, colour and layout carefully in the final preview. You can return to the designer to make changes before completing your order.

Can I amend an order after payment?

We begin producing personalised orders quickly. If you notice a mistake after ordering, contact us as soon as possible and include your name and order number. We will do our best to help if production has not started, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an item is being made.

Where is my order confirmation?

An automated confirmation is sent to the email address used at checkout. Please check your spam or junk folder. If it has not arrived, contact us with your name and order details.

When will my order arrive?

Production and delivery times depend on the product and service selected. Tracking details are emailed when available. See our delivery information for current dispatch times, delivery services and postcode restrictions.

What if my order is damaged or missing?

Please contact us promptly with your order number and details of the problem. For damage, include clear photographs of the item and packaging so we can help resolve the issue. Please also read our returns policy.

Can I upload any photograph?

Only upload images that you own or have permission to reproduce. By uploading an image, you confirm that you hold the necessary rights to use it for printing.
